Don't go to this location. I was charged twice for the Pixel 4a and I was told one of the charges will drop within a few hours. I was given some excuse as to why I was charged twice and it was supposedly something to do with the storage key missing or something. Neither one of the charges ever dropped, so I was constantly coming back here and asking about it. They treated me like not only a liar, but a criminal. The one charge was finally dropped, but the supervisor kept glaring at me like I just ripped the store off.

The staff persons were very nice and knowledgeable. They were able to explain everything to me and my husband. I did have to come back the next day as the last step to complete the transfer from old phone to the new was not done. The issue had to be fixed by the main Verizon via phone.

My wife and I went in to buy a phone for myself. When I found the phone I liked I asked the employee if they it in stock. He replied with you would have wait to get seen.
