When we buried our son, 21 years ago, it was a beautiful spot, well managed, spotless and Jerome was a delight. Since Jay took over, about a year ago, the place has gone downhill. He is rude and condescending...I have bee screamed at, multiple times when I have called. The graves are being lefy, to overgrow with weeds, because "it is too expensive and too much work" to sod. I ha e met others at the cemetery who also have issues with Jay. And, they have decimated the tree population, saying they were diseased. I looked at the stumps...no disease to be found. But it isn't like changing banks...your loved ones are stuck there. I would choose a different cemetery, if I knew then what I see now.
