I wish I could give a good review, but I've tried to order from this location twice when I come to town and both times they have closed ahead of their posted time. The most recent was Mother's Day weekend when I drove up to the place a little before 9:30 on a Saturday and the sign was off and the interior was dim. Maybe I'll try a 3rd time... Maybe not.

The cheese was barely melted. The say was good but there was a lot on it. The crust was the best part. You almost have to finish cooking it once it's delivered.

Wheeling is the best! I've not eaten at St Clairsville DiCarlos for many years. That sucks! I guess they forgot to get the recipe. Lol
