Yes! I support people with disabilities and Planet Fitness is very accommodating to allow support staff to accompany the individuals. In my experience, PF staff is very welcoming.

Yes they have. You need to be a Black Card Member to get these services. It does cost a little MORE. You get other BENEFITS AS well. I think it's worth it. When you get the regular membership, you can only go to that location that you signed up at. The BLACK you can go to pretty much all locations. Even in other States. You can go on line or go in any location. No, you don't need to have a guide the first time or anytime, but you can. GOOD LUCK.

There are only weight lifting classes at the one on Watt avenue.

No steam room. Tanning,hydro massage and chairs. They have the total fitness machine. It shakes your body and has a very light infer red light therapy. Pretty cool but no steam or sauna.

No, no child under the age of 13 is allowed beyond the front desk.

My experience with James is a very positive one. He has always been very informative and kind to me. I have witnessed him being friendly to others as well.
