Pros: The apartment complex is great. Clean, no pests, nice community. Cons: if you give 30 days notice, don't leave earlier. Stay for full 30 days there. Or keep it until your due date to leave even if you don't live there. If you leave earlier, don't expect to get a refund if you pay for that month.

I will never move back to this place. The manager does not take care of the property. There are no rules that you have to follow. The rules only go for certain people. I suggest you look somewhere else for a low income apartment if you want to be happy. Pests, untrustworthy neighbors, never no parking, anyone can get a guest pass, no security, and no urgency for complaints. Pay more to live at another place. I hope a new manager comes in one day and cleans house.
