I love the new groomer she is awesome. The only issue I have they don't answer the phone, or they will tell you they will callback and they don't. The website to reorder meds just sucks. It's slow and not very iser friendly. Before the name was changed and sold I honestly had no complaints. I understand they are short handed because the world is also short handed. I just feel like the new staff have chips on their shoulder, I unsure if it's overworked short or dealing with rude folks I get it.

I've been a client with Banfield Pet Hospital since 2015. I've never had a negative experience with anyone there when it comes to the staff. My family & I always trusted staff member Destiny & we've had built up trust with the staff through out the years. I love there new location. The only thing I can recommend because at times I use a walking cane & your door can use one of those push buttons to automatically open the door for us disabled people. I like to thank Danielle & Dr Lolly for there efforts in making our day a little bit easier to deal with. On 07•30•2022 Marvin has a comprehensive exam & a parasites exam with Dr Brown, job well done staff for signing in Marvin & the pickup was a waiting process but job well done Banfield Hospital.

Ive used Banfield in Sand City before. I had 2 new strays that needed help and the Banfield off of San Juan Grade in Salinas got me in same day within a few hours for a drop off. This was helpful so I can get things done while they examine. Anyway, Dr. Ruby Murillo was super nice, took time to talk to me and explain everything. Most doctors are short and when confused, I need to call back in. Because of your decision making and discoveries, Buddy is recovering well. Overall a breath of fresh air and she seemed really young. I will definitely continue using her again for re-visits etc. Thank you Banfield staff for being wonderful to my new furbabies 🧡

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hello - Thank you for your question. We do not perform ear cropping in our hospitals.
Hi Luis - Thanks for reaching out! Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals and small mammals. Contact your nearest Banfield Pet Hospital to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your guinea pig in for a veterinary visit.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
not really I have the pet insurance with them with the wellness program and I save a lot of money and my visits are free throughout the year and they take care of my dog and send me reminders every now and
Yes they do
Hi Violet - We do not offer payment installments, but there are programs that make care more affordable such as our Optimum Wellness Plans and Care Credit.
I believe so. I can't remember if we pay $59 or $69 for an office visit.
