I have a #45(41) lbs. Black hunter from Twig and shoot gap. I'm using Easten Gamegetters 500s uncut with 100 grain tips. They come with the inserts so all they need to have done is be glued in and tipped. I'm also using a 28 inch draw.
7.5 - 8 inches.
