When i come to visit my client. She cannot hear me when i buzz her apartment. All i get is static. I can her but she can't hear me. That is a safety issue. Tennants just letting anybody in because they cannot hear them on the intercomMs. Purnell – we agree with the concern you mention in your review. The safety of our residents is one of out top priorities, so please contact our business office at 216-991-3700 to let us know what apartment number is experiencing the buzzer issue (for the safety of our resident, please do not post her apartment number here). It has it’s good and bad things about it my unit needs a lot of updates done to it for real and the rent go up a pretty good amount every year but the good thing about it the manager and all the staff here are wonderful people to talk to no matter what time a day it is ......Thank you for your feedback, Terrence. Our top priority is to provide residents with an exceptional living environment, so if you're encountering any maintenance issues in your home, please let us know. Regarding rent, our rates are based on residents' income, so they only increase in accordance with an increase of income. If you have questions about this, please give us a call!
