I tried to donate & was turned away from not passing the vitals check. Now that has happened to me before but I've also experienced where I KNOW all of my vitals were up to par yet depending on some employee's attitude that day or their judgments of the customer they'll intentionally turn you away which is a mistake on their part thinking that their position at the facility is permanent & thinking they have control over other people's lives. Today this may have been the case or it may not have been but what really struck my nerve was that I was transparent in letting the rep know that I was low on gas. I asked if I could receive $3-5 worth for gas just to make it home & according to the rep(if she actually asked the manager like she said she did) came back with the manager's or whoevers' response telling me that they were unable to give anything because I wasn't able to donate today & I can come tomorrow instead. Well that's if I can actually make it tomorrow, I could barely make it home. It may not be ur problem but for a customer who donates every week you could've shown a lil more compassion & made an acception. You to doall can care less about your customers as long as we keep donating right? Shameful! I may not con tinue to donate at this location.

No lie one time I went in there and while I was in the lobby waiting to go in the back a big heavy set lady with a fade or something like that came out in the front looked at everyone and said it smell like homelessness out here… I was so ready to go off on her!because why are they letting them be this unprofessional and then on top of that the last time I went I was with my freind there once and was one girl that was skinny with a big forehead nicknamed “T” that told my friend she couldn’t find nothing in her arm because of her stretch marks and they to big and they look funny! Like are you serious they need to do way better

Clean, friendly staff. I know there have been complaints but there has to be some understanding given to the employees. This job is often thankless and the only time people interact with them is to yell at them. If you show them respect, they will do the same. It did take me a few days to be able to get in as a new donor and that process is not short. Plan for 4 hours. But like everywhere else, the employees here are doing more with less staff. Shout out to all the employees at this donation center but special shout out to Kristina who made my first donation here fun and enjoyable!

No. You can be a new donor any day of the week. You want to get there early though because the medical exam is first come first served.
Varies but for the month of November, 2017 it was $50, $50 and $75 in that order for 1st, 2nd and 3rd donation.
i got 50, 40, 40, 80 on my first 4. Now my 5th and 6th donations were just 20$ ea. this may take phone calls they wouldnt tell me over email what they give for next donatins
That is what I mentioned in my review as well, had they answered the phone at any of the times I called to say they were too busy to take new clients, I wouldnt have went. When I mentioned it and asked is there a better number, the only answer I got is "we answer when it rings" Maybe try hitting 0

I tried on a Sunday and got turned away. But again, as many ppl echoed here, it's about being there EARLY. I would just be prepared to be there when they first open... and then possibly be ready to go somewhere else as a backup.

Corporate sets pay every month. New donors in January get 50 1st visit and 75 2nd visit. There are bonuses on the 2nd donation of the week for a couple weeks and then regular 20 1st donation of the week and 40 2nd donation of the week for the end of the month. There is a 8 time monthly donation bonus in January but new donors cannot get that bonus.

Hey Warrick Wilson ... it's on the west side of Cleveland at westown plaza... your first 5 times is automatic 50 but then it goes by your weight I'm almost outta my first 5 but you get like lil bonuses when it goes by your weight until tee new month begins and/or maybe their new things start over but like i said I'm almost outta my first 5 n then i don't really know but someone showed me this place n its closer n seems to pay out more in the end of it all if that makes sense...i hope that helped you if not I'll tryin answer or help anyway i can if i can..
