Hi Lytto, Once you’re ready to pursue orthodontic treatment, at your first Orthodontics visit, our doctor at Dr. Lili Orthodontics will complete a thorough new patient Orthodontic examination to determine your needs. Our office generally schedules an hour or so for this comprehensive evaluation to give your orthodontist ample time to evaluate you as the patient, as well as to answer all of your questions. Once you’ve decided to move forward with treatment, your appointment to get your braces on can usually be scheduled a few days after your consultation appointment but some case we can scheduled the same day if everything is all clear with your dentist, your payment plans, and if we have and available appointment at that time. It does not usually happen but it can depending on if you have everything cleared to place braces. All cavities must be taken care of first, and a thorough cleaning as well. Details, such as time involved and payment plans are discussed before braces. Thank you
