Masks are now optional for the shoppers, as of last week, but the staff are required to wear them. There are sanitation stations throughout the store and they do have social distancing at the customer service payment desks. The deli is also currently closed.

Sorry, we do not rent furniture. We do have an outlet inside our store where we sell floor models, scratch and dent, one of a kind, and even new furniture at a discount.
I would call RC Willey and see if there is any warranty people that can help.. they are usually really pretty good about pointing you in the right direction.

They worked with us when we came in and explained our situation. Great customer service experience.
They do not. If you have something from them which is under warranty, they'll fix it. They don't sell just the fabrics. Joann Fabrics and some other places do carry upholstery fabric.
R.C. Willy will take care of setting you up with a repair man and your equipment should be under Warranty and fixed free. Call their Customer Service your problem.
