Have been there 3 times, because always wanted to give them another chance. Once regular ped, and extension on hands. The nail polish was uneven but was fixed. Second time I came I was removing the extension and they destroyed my nails. They use nail milling machine so deeply to my skin. I lost pieces of nails and have to wait 3 months to grow back fully! I am not even commenting this… and last time I came for man/ped gel, again nail polish wasn’t even and all I got is ‘we can put darker colors to cover it’. In addition the person who file my nails didn’t pay attention and left me with hole… I payed full price for service. Just the heads up. They are using same nail file for multiple clients! They are really nice ladies, but I am not coming there for company. Anyway. It was my last time.

So disappointed...I had an appointment on Sunday for a gel manicure. Two of my nails already chipped yesterday. While the machine was drying my nails, the light kept going off and the nail technician had to keep stopping in between each coat to fix the machine. I’m pretty sure that affected the whole drying process and I won’t be surprised if the rest of my nails chip by the end the week. Not bothering to go here anymore. Such a waste of money.

The skill level between the employees is quite drastic; I got my nails done by someone else this time, and I'm really unhappy with the finished product. I got tips with SNS dip powder, and the overall outcome is worse than mediocre. One of my thumbs have a partially exposed nail bed, my nails are all different lengths, and I had uncleaned polish under my nails when I finished.
