We thought everything went fine during our visit. The next day my husband and I tried to set up all our accounts on our new phones and found out not only did the agent not process everything, but she switched our numbers to the wrong phones.

I’m the first one to complain about someone so I wanted to recognize how Daniel and Trey went out of their way to help me with acquiring an IPad. I am not used to ATT really caring about their customers or making you feel special but these two bent over backwards to help me. I can’t say thank you enough for helping a father make their son’s birthday special. I will definitely be staying an ATT customer.

Had a horrible problem today with my service cutting off and the store manager Jason v King worked his magic to fix my problem- when the customer service representatives over the phone stated there was no way to. Thanks a million times over and I will continue to stay with at&t!
