I have never experienced such poor management and service from any dealership in my life. Hours of waiting time and having to return for paperwork days later before receiving your merchandise after being approved. Unbelievable

A mix of great sales help and bad tempered curmudgeons. If you get a curmudgeon, ask him to fetch a decent human. I'm assuming the rude ones are family of the owners...? Why else would you keep them on the showroom floor? UPDATE: Hilariously, the curmudgeon from Snake River Yamaha has transferred to Dennis Dillon along with the Yamaha franchise. When you walk through the front door at Dennis Dillon, he is likely to scowl at you from the front desk. Scowl back and ask for Moses. Moses is knowledgeable and enthusiastic... Everything you hope for in a salesperson.

Just called to get a starter relay and for my 07 660 and the parts counter told me $100.00 and over a week out for OEM. Found same online for 9.99 on multiple sites. Super frustrating our local Yamaha store would charge so much. Shop around before you call these guys.

We follow the CDC recommendations for Ada County. We have social distancing floor markers, distance barriers at both the parts and service counters, hand sanitizers stations at the entrances and throughout the store and satirize door handles and common surfaces throughout the store every morning.
