Disappointed to the core. They didn’t even gave a car interior cleaning even when I got my car serviced and I have heard multiple responses, first representative told me that they were not having enough staff and second representative told that they don’t have that option here at all and they are building nee facility and they got it there itseems and if I need it now I need to leave it for couple of hours and they will get it cleaned outside itseems?? When I’m speaking about extended warranty they are posting multiple answers at the same time… not at all good one. I will visit Idaho falls from next time no matter what I’m not going back here

Great dealership, great people. Service department needs more staff. Take a really long time to get an appointment especially if you need a loaner car for warranty work.

I had my BMW repaired Peterson in Boise, a year later my car had a hiccup in Reno and I had to take it in for repair. Peterson took care of the repair even when I was 450 miles from the dealership! These guys stand behind their work! I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
