A pillar of the downtown Great Neck business community. Pharmacy staff are incredible people. Store could use more staffing, but has everything you need in a pharmacy and expect from a CVS.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. On 5/18/2020 around 3pm, I asked the pharmacist working there to transfer my prescription to Stop and Shop pharmacy(they are a lot less expensive), she printed out my prescriptions and handed them to me, without any further instructions. After learning that this was an ILLEGAL conduct and won’t help transfer my prescription at all, I returned to her and asked her again to call stop and shop. Instead, she yelled at me saying:”I just gave you the prescriptions”. Aside from horrible customer service, this pharmacist (or CVS as a pharmacy) conducted ILLEGAL practices under full awareness of professional code.

The store is well run by it’s manager who is a 20+ year company employee and the pharmacy team goes the extra mile as well. Manager and Pharmacy know you by name and take care of they customers, always
