Bought a sofa and loveseat from these folks. Had it less than a month and it started creaking. They came out and replaced a section and it did the same thing. So, they allowed us to come in and purchase another, more expensive set that had a stain protector built in. Water, wine, whatever was supposed to “roll off”. Firstly, the set is inferior quality to say the least, nothing rolls off and the cushions are not holding up, pilling and shape. I paid $1900 for this furniture and would have been better off shopping at a Big Lots than this place. Be prepared to buy furniture again in 2-3 years. Better off buying a more expensive set at a name-brand store. This is all off-brand junk.

Morgan is very helpful and is a very smart girl. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable about all of the inventory in the store, and very friendly. She didn’t try and up sell me, she was very honest. So honest and trustworthy that I didn’t even try out my mattress, she recommended a mattress and I didn’t even try it out until it was delivered to my house. Sleep city should give her the fattest raise!!!!
