I came here on a rainy day during the week and there was no one else in the park. I had a nice walk on the trails observing the Autumn color. I thought the park was well-maintained, clean, and particularly enjoyed the small Arboretum with Ohio trees.

As far as I can recall yes. You will want to check with the Miami County Parks Office to be sure.
Miami County residents do NOT need a license to fish catch-n-release in park waters.
No license required at county-owned water for county residents. Catch-n-release only w/o license.
