I can’t even really give one star! The last several times we have tried to go in to eat we are told it’s 25 minutes, and there is no one in there! Okay I get the Covid thing, but I can go down the street and be seated at Texas Roadhouse and it’s packed! I even called from the parking lot and told we could be seated at the bar with no wait, went in and told there was no seating available! Come on Applebee’s get it together, because your people are robbing you blind, without customers= no income! Sooner than later you’ll have to close all locations!! Because you allowing people to not work and be paid!

Horrible! Drove through on a road trip and got to go food. My daughters grilled cheese wasn't even melted, the wings weren't even cooked all the way and we found a huge piece of plastic in the mashed potatoes! Stay away, or eat at your own risk. Paid over $50 for trash.

Charity's Ghost

We went there a couple of weeks ago. The service was great. Our server (Aleisha?) was so sweet. The food was hot and delicious. We were happy with our visit that day. The worst experience by far was that SOMEONE (an employee) decided to put a song on the jukebox that THEY thought was cool. A few of the employees thought it was just the best and most dynamic song ever. It was a horrible mixture of country and "rap". That whole concept is ridiculous, and that song was one of the worst musical experiences of my life. After that ordeal, they changed the music to some nice classic rock. This was a much more acceptable (and less nauseating) choice. We will definitely go back. We just hope we aren't subjected to that insult to human ears again.
