I went to the Kennesaw location today to get an exterior and interior wash with seat shampoo. The lady taking my payment confirmed twice that the price I was paying included shampooed seats which was $35 total. I thought that price was a little low for everything. When they were done, I got in my car and clearly the seats weren’t shampooed and when I asked the guy why, he said “we don’t do that anymore”. They don’t seem like they know what they are doing and don’t know what services they actually offer. I won’t be back.

I do a monthly paid membership for several family vehicles. We had premium vehicle service shampooed and it was a complete failure. It appeared nothing had been done other than wet seats. This was confirmed when I went and had it professionally done at another reputable business and they removed gallons of Brown dirt from my car seat, See Before & After pictures of water. Cactus failed to do the job correctly or I think they just wet the seeats and didn't do nothing. I even gave the guy $20 tip... The outdoor self service vacuum cleaners are are broken and/or barely working. Canceling membership today. Can't figure out why companies have successful businesses and don't maintain the equipment and employ good help. Complete failure at this location. Booo Cactus!
