I have lived here for two years and I plan to move out after my current lease. The apartment is great in many areas: great location, amenities all in good conditions, and reasonable price for what it has to offer. Most importantly, the staff members are the best. They are always friendly and happy to help. Despite all the good things about the apartment, I decide to move out for one issue: noise. I live on the second floor, and I can constantly hear loud noise from upstairs, even the sound of my neighbors walking around their apartment in the night are very loud. In addition, because my apartment is close to the street shared by a student apartment, sometimes people talking after party can be disturbing in the night when you are trying to sleep. Other than that, a great apartment! Update: after my noise complaint, the manager Lara did everything she can to resolve the situation and noise situation has improved.

I am a resident at Aldridge and I have loved living here. All of the staff are very helpful and attentive to the residents and quickly respond to any problems. I love the fitness classes and resident events that they plan each month. I’ve met so many awesome people. It’s like one big family.

I have loved living here so far! I’ve been here for about 8 months and can’t say enough great things. I did have a few minor maintenance issues that were taken care of right away! Everyone in the office is super friendly and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Not to mention the apartments are beautiful! I plan to renew my lease when it is up!

My boyfriend and I have lived here with our dog for about 6 months and we love it! There is a nice back yard area to walk your dog which is nicely maintained.
