I have been dealing with Stacy’s for over a decade and have never had an issue with them EVER. Quality service and product EVERY time. What warrants this review today is the fact there was a minor issue (confusion with shipping) and I called and spoke with Sharon. Not only was she patient , understanding but she was very thorough in her explanation of the matter. She remained professional the entire time and is clearly rehearsed in client conflict resolution. They rushed an compounded med for my adopted kitten. Thankful for this, otherwise it would have been a trip to the ER vet to get the injections to keep her tummy settled. Only suggestion would be better signage out front - was difficult to see and I drove right by twice.

The people who work there are SO nice. Over a holiday I had left a non-emergency message for a refill. Later in the day they happened to be in the shop anyway and they called to tell me I could come and pick it up. Couldn’t ask for more!
