Ordered via the burger king app and they refused to let me pick up my order in the drive through. Rarely do I get what I asked for. For example, I request no pickles and there's always pickles.

I ordered onion rings they were cold and no zesty sauce. I also ordered chicken nuggets they asked what kind of sauce I wanted honey mustard. Well.. I didn't get that sauce either. You got the mocha coffee perfect tho!! For 8 bucks all I wanted was hot food and my sauces.

What's to say? Standard fast food service, prices, and speed. Facility is neat, employees are very capable, only thing wrong was the soda machine was dispensing unflavored soda water for a few of the selections, but that seems to be a normal malfunction in many places.

As you can see, they marked the wrapper and failed to follow through. And the food was COLD.
