We had a good experience visiting this Olive Garden in Florence during a recent road trip to Florida. Our waitress Sheena was nice and the food came out quickly. We ordered the shrimp fettuccine alfredo, the soup and salad meal and meatballs with spaghetti. All were really good and filling. Would recommend visiting this location when in the area.

Staff remember you when you go there. That's nice! All the staff are always ready to get you whatever you want or need, even if it's not their table. The food is always so fresh. I am particularly fond of the Salmon. I always order the Salmon, it's cooked to perfection. I wish I could cook like that! Mozzarella sticks are fantastic. Chicken Parmesan is always fantastic. I love the atmosphere there, calm, serene, just a lovely place to dine in. Carry out food is great too, when you're in a rush.

It was my very first time going. The waiter was very helpful in helping me decide on something to order since it was my first time going. Definitely will be visiting again.

The service was very good and friendly but the food was so so, the salad was tired and not fresh and the cook was very cheap on the sauce in both pastas.
