Membership is included in the HOA dues for some of the houses in the area. If you pay the HOA dues, you have access to the club. Otherwise it is only available if you are a guest of a homeowner.

Can tenant's use the club? We lived in a community before that had a club and we just had to pay an small extra fee each month. We love Natomas but unfortunately can't purchase right now.

Man that does suck, but I understand the old reason, but I still have to abide by all the rules and even had to list my vehicles and plate numbers but get no perks. We just moved in a month ago and will here for a year. Thank you for your answers. Wish there was a way around it without having proof of ownership.
