Do your homework! When buying the tires and booking my appointment online, I was being sold the wrong tires for my vehicle. I had to override the default selection. There was also a lot of miscommunication about my appointment—first they cancelled it because the tires weren't in stock, then they called to remind me about my appointment and told me the tires were in stock, then they quoted me the wrong time even when I asked them to double-check. Once I got there (30 minutes early due to wrong appointment time), everything was fine and they took care of me. A lady in the lobby next to me was told she was sold the wrong size tire and needed to upgrade; she seemed surprised but I was not.

After having issues at a different AT location, this store stepped up and got me sorted out. I talked on the phone yesterday with Jake who was able to get me a next day appointment. The manager Matt called to clear a few things up and was very pleasant, and helpful. I will only be returning to this location in the future, and suggest you check them out if you are looking for fast reliable service.

The best place to get tires, fix tires and maintain tires. Got a new truck and wanted bigger tires, which lead to needing bigger wheels. Lots of things I had to learn: sizes, width, lug patterns etc. Jacob was so helpful. Literally spent around 2 different hours helping me and walking me through it all. Wasn’t annoyed or curt even though they’re busy always, but was helpful, super knowledgeable and friendly! Really appreciated all of his help!

We would not normally write a review about a tire store. Yet yesterday's experience was quite good. An older tire we previously purchased was going flat, and was still under the America Tire separate warranty. One reason they obviously provide such ongoing maintenance programs is to continue the customer relationship and promote return sales. Thus, at first we thought it was the proverbial sales pitch that "you need new tires". After a reasonable and articulate explanation by John we were convinced he was right. He never tried to oversell, but first tried to learn the specific driving situation and needs. In fact we purchased his recommended new tires on the lower price side. Timely service, good sales approach, and and so far a driving improvement with the car too.
