Call queens and tell them you want to change pharmacies. They'll do the rest. And yes they deliver give them your info while you have them on the phone and say you need delivery services

Use good rx, it shows you the cheapest prices that are in your area. They give you a discount card as well. My experience is that the big pharmacies are always more expensive with the exception of Costco
