Its a gr8 community center- park swimming basketball tennis scooter skates kids playground sports fields it has all amenities a neighborhood needs for recreation. May be they can add a dog park too.

LOVE THIS POOL. IT'S MY HAPPY PLACE AFTER 5 PM. Feels like my own private country club with a nice, young crew of life guards AND it's beautifully maintained. (Perhaps I should keep this quiet to protect my swim lane.)

Great parents and kids. It's a huge melting pot and everyone enjoys each other's company. Clean park and bathrooms. My only complaint would be the teenagers rolling weed openly and the occasional drag racing in the parking lot. Cops do often stay in the lot after a complaint.

Yes. Garden City South residents can use the rath park pool. You can buy daily or season passes. This year they are only allowing daily. You must show proof of residence to get in.
Price for?? The park itself is free. I'm not sure how much the pool is but it will appear on the town of Hempstead parks and recreation page.
