They added a car to their website back in July (its September now), and I was immediately interested in the vehicle, a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I went in to inquire about purchasing the vehicle at the beginning of August and they had told me that the vehicle was in service and would be for a couple of weeks. Thats perfectly fine since I already had a car and I was patient enough to let them fix all the issues the car had. For the entire month of August, I would call at least twice a week asking about the status of the car and I even spoke to the service department and they all said they would let me know when the car would be ready. I was even called in to go a couple of times because the car was supposedly ready, but then they realized there was still issues that needed to be handled, again that's perfectly fine. Fast forward to Labor Day, I call again because I was instructed by a salesman to call on Monday because he would have more info on the car by Monday (we spoke Friday). I call on Monday only for them to tell me that the car was sold on Friday, the day i had called, and I wasn't even notified of the status of the car. The unfortunate part of all this is the company loses absolutely nothing and instead gains a sale and I have a whole month of my time wasted that pretty much amounted to nothing, which really sucks. I wouldn't even be in this situation if they didn't have the car on THEIR website when it wasn't even ready to be sold but they pretty much promised me the world when i went and checked it out the first time, so I can see loyalty isn't really a thing, they just want their sale which just leaves me with nothing in the end.

Wrong I’ll just go to another dealership if u read the comment above they giving damaged and flooded cars if that’s what u call good money then hey spend ur money there be my guest
They are just rip off i will never buy from them I rather pay extra for certified now my experience was bad BMW was flooded n they never say anything n front crash but I don't don't how they get a clean carfax report just do pay attention. To details.
