I've been with Excite (Alliance) for over 40 years. Personnel (tellers) changed; therefore, personnel not as good as it used to be. It's a "hit & miss" when being served. One lady was so friendly and awesome but she retired approximately three years ago. Had a teller who never smiled and very "dry" that I didn't want to go to her. Approximately four months ago, I needed to change accounts; and I had to go to her. She was no longer a teller but has a desk job. Same disposition---not friendly, no smile--as if she doesn't want to be at work. Bad customer service.

Hi Paul, We changed our name in March 2019, we are still going through the process of updating all our name on our products and information. Your current ATM card will continue to function properly.All ATM cards will still say Alliance Credit Union and the new cards will be ready in 3 to 4 months. You may wish to contact the bank about their app and getting back your username. Go to ALLIANCECU.ORG and look for "Contact us". Or, call the bank directly and ask them for help. Good luck.
