PetSmart refuse to make an appointment for my puppy. They said I didn’t make payment and that I was late picking up my puppy. Although the second part was true, I told them it was a miscommunication and I apologized. The groomer was very disrespectful towards me. I am going to continue to report to the PetSmart headquarters. Horrible customer service.

Service is terrible. I asked an older man for help finding a collar that says it was available in store online for about $10. I spent a while searching the store in all areas for this collar. I asked him kindly explaining that it is in store and available but no where to be found. His response was that they had recently done inventory and all collars should be in the collar section. He did not even bother checking what exactly it was I was looking for or even guiding me to where this aisle was despite me already knowing being that I have shopped here many times. I am very independent and try to problem solve on my own. I ask for help in a simple task by an employee whose jobs are to help the customers and was not helped. This isn’t the first time that this has happened either just my final straw. I will no longer being giving business to any PetSmart and will be sticking with PetCo.

Associates are always friendly but I feel the varieties for a large breed dog are limited. Clothes are always for little dogs and treat choices are few to none. I do feel prices are always fair compared to PEtco

The employee's at PetSmart are professional and friendly. Especially Sammi ,in the pet grooming section. Prices are a lil higher than other pet supply companies but, overall experience was positive.

We have an adoption center that houses kitties and kittens from local shelters, but unfortunately small animals and birds are usually just for sale and not adoption

I'm sorry, they don't offer that service but I do know that my sister was taking her dog to Dr. Gardiner at Ark animal hospital and he actually came to the house and did it for her, she had an older rotweiller at the time. I'm not sure if they still do or not or if you have to be a patient. Best of luck to you and your baby.

Petco does for sure. Call and ask as most people have suggested. Petsmart was running a sale on their aquariums..if you need one to keep your pet in, you might get lucky!
The selection changes as animals are adopted out and new ones come in. Your best bet is to call or stop by the store.

SPCA or breeder. You have no idea what you are getting from a pet store. Start with the AKC do your homework. Poor choice can be thousands of dollars in vet bills.
