Worst, most conniving people you will ever meet, you thought salesman were bad, wait until you deal with the service and parts department, quoted for a windshield and a part, asked about how much for the installation and was told around $100 for the upper grill install, and another $180 or so for the windshield install, parts said it needed to be calibrated, and mentioned no price whatsoever for the calibration, after the parts purchase I go to the service department to make an appointment, he confirmed $108 to install the upper grill, again no additional mention of any other price, and around $160 for the windshield, I repeat, not ANY mention of any other additional prices, nothing, null, period, zip. Parts comes and wife takes to appointment, it’s now $600 to install upper grill (this is a simple bolt on not removing bumper like they said) and another $800 or so for the calibration, after her handing me the phone the same parts guy didn’t admit anything, he then had the ignorance to say it was hearsay, I asked him if he knew what that meant, clearly he didn’t because there was no information from “other” people because he was the one that I spoke to. Not one person took accountability, tried to charge us a 20% fee for their own dishonesty, I will update this with the names of them later. After my wife arguing with them and one person she knew who was also Spanish helped her, they made her get the original print outs from back home which they didn’t need, then refunded in whole, bad bad people.

I have nothing but positive things to say about City Toyota, specifically Jose Noriega and Jude (in finance). I always hear horror stories of people's experience with dealerships and purchasing a new vehicle. Especially with the shortage, it only made things much worse. I was lucky enough to be served by Will Cho, great genuine salesman. Will went out of his way to make sure I got the car I was looking for in a timely manner, and for a great price. Will answered all my questions and was able to give me a peace of mind. Very responsive and professional. If you're in the market for a new car, and happen to come across this dealership, I highly recommend you ask for Will Cho. Also, Willy Xiao, the finance manager, was very knowledgeable and made the process very smooth and quick. No hidden fees and no games. Thank you both!

Your basic maintenance. Oil change, rotate tires, fill all fluids, that kinda stuff and it's usually free depending on what the dealership tells you.

that's an old key do pretty inexpensive vs new car keys. Call their service dpt.

Take the paint number to the parts department inside Service Dept. (no appt. necessary). Very helpful staff. They often have coupon specials on touch up paint. It's been years since I bought paint, but it was less than ten bucks .
