i had to wait for my glasses for 2 weeks when it arrived they put too much of tape on it it took me 2 hours to get in to them

Got my glasses but wrong lenses were for reading not distance so emailed them but it turns out it was my fault input wrong but nevertheless they sent me the right ones free of charge as a good will gesture, how nice and rare now a days to get amazing customer service so well done guys and sorry for being a donut when I first ordered them.

One star for being inexpensive, but do yourself a favor and buy from a quality eyewear place like eyebuydirect. I used g4u for years only because they were cheap. But the last several years the quality has gone down. When I finally get a pair that I really like, they only last 2-4 months before the scratches are just too irritating. I also question the lense accuracy. I bought 2 pair and ordered another 2 pair (because reorders are cheap), and the second set was not the same as the first. The Rx just wasn't comfortable. G4u also does not keep frames in stock. So when I finally get one I like, 6months later it is discontinued. Not to mention how long it takes to get an Rx filled form the Philippines. Eyebuydirect is a TX business. You'll pay more , but it's worth the difference.

I ordered a pair of glasses on the 9th of December from what I thought was a USA company. When I look for my tracking, there is none and it says my order is complete. Then I find out what he order is overseas. I am never told where. When it finally comes, the order is wrong. I wear photochromic lenses because I have light sensitivity and migraines. The glasses I am sent don't change at all. When I contact the company they said they would refund the photochromic coating but not the glasses because they still work. They don't work! My eyes are streaming from the sensitivity and I can't drive. I can't even tell if the prescription is right, but I doubt because of the pain I have been in. I will never do business with them again.
