Came here regularly for years and have always been happy with the place till Covid hit. I continued to get charged monthly for my membership (they even RAISED the price!) when they weren't even open for a year. Tried calling to cancel during that time, but could never get through. Then finally called and found out you can't cancel over the phone, it has to be in-person with 30-day notice! Not cool.
