2nd time that the carne en su jugo has no meat, just soup & a little beans. Disappointed

Such a disappointment. The food was good as always, but after being seated we waited an hour and a half for our plates. Mind you, I got the caldo en su jugo and my friend ordered eggs and beans. This should not have taken an hour and a half to make. When we asked the waitress about our order, she said our order was up next. Still waited 15 minutes after that. Bartender avoided us after she checked on every table but ours in the same area. I had to ask for our waitress a couple of times. We literally ate 2 baskets of chips while we waited on our order. Santi, do better.

This place has good food but the service is terrible. Been sitting at a table for an HOUR and we just got our appetizer. Really disappointing. All they kept telling us was that the food was a few minutes away. Well that was 30 minutes ago. Don’t come here hungry because service sucks.
