I'm of limited means but wanted to get something engraved. I have a $32 tungsten ring I bought at Wal-Mart, and it's been with me for years. It has a significant, personal meaning to me, and I felt that it was the right move to get it engraved. I went to various shops, even other Kay Jewelers in other towns, but no one offered laser engravings. Determined, I branched out my search, and lo and behold, this Kay Jewelers said it would be no problem. My design was also a bit complicated, but I brought it in. They said 10 days, but I got it in 5. It was done for $38, and now I have a ring that has all the more meaning to me. When I got the call, I was busy with work, but I zoomed out there just to pick it up. I really don't think they initially had any idea how crucially valuable this was to me, even though the ring itself is of little monetary value. Even though I didn't spend lavish amounts of money, they treated me with utmost sincerity as well as excitement about the design. I was so touched that they cared about something as small as this (but big to me), and I just can't express my excitement enough. THANK YOU.
