Bought exhaust system for my 2022 BMW R18, what a beautifully engineered product looks fits sounds awesome, a true rarety for something to go together without all kinds of modifications and or fabrication.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Told 6-8 weeks for a set of slip-on mufflers. We are now at 16 weeks and still nothing. Constantly blames issues with production such as incorrect welds or paint issues. Do not waste one single minute or dollar with these people.

These guys will gladly take your money, then give you the run-around. I've been told "it should ship within the next 2 weeks" every 2 weeks for the last 2 months. Now I'm being told it's going to be 8 more weeks. Bear in mind this system wasn't even listed as Backordered. And good luck getting your money back. You only have 48 hours to cancel an order that they fully intend on misleading you about for 4-6 months. As far as I'm concerned, this place is as shady as they come. STAY AWAY!

Worst motorcycle parts company I've ever dealt with. Absolutely NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. The company is run by an arrogant man who thinks nobody can touch him. They were founded through silent investors, meaning you have ZERO recourse against them. They shipped me a complete set of exhausts, with no hardware. When confronted about it, they argued it wasn't their fault, and then agreed to ship the hardware through standard UPS. They refused to ship expedited, quoting internal policies, and shipped with a new bill, resulting in costing another import charges at customs. Absolutely despicable people to deal with, zero help, and no care in the world for their customers. Sad, cause products are nice, but will NEVER buy anything from them again, and will make sure to tell anyone looking at their products to look at other companies. These guys should be ashamed of themselves!!!
