This so called uniform store didn't have any uniforms for my daughter's school when I wen in person to the store. First of all they make you wait for 30 minutes before someone can come help you because they don't allow you to look for the uniforms on your own. It is unfortunate that the school provides only one store where you can purchase the uniforms but the store doesn't have any uniforms available. They literally had two uniforms when I went in the store, both in sizes that did not fit my daughter. How can you call this a uniform store if they don't have uniforms? The girl that "helped me" in the store told me to go online to purchase them. When I tried to purchased them online, they were on back order. I spoke to the manager and he said go ahead and place the order because we have a shipment coming in next week. 10 days later I called him in regards to my order and he told me that "unfortunately that shipment was for the people that had placed the order way before you" and that the next shipment was in two weeks but that he wasn't certain if they would get them then, that the shipment could be delayed even longer. So at the moment my daughter has one used uniform to use for school 5 days a week. Just unbelievable that this place stays in business and that the schools make business with them. Lastly, the prices are ridiculously high and the product not the best quality. I do not recommend this store at all and wish schools would find another vendor for the uniforms.

My daughter started TK this year and I have to say I have had a great experience with DENNIS Uniforms. I ordered both online and in person. Online they kept me informed of what shipped and what was delayed if I didn’t want to wait for the delayed order they offered a refund. I ordered on July 13th and barely now over a month from when I got some of my shipment I noticed I didn’t receive a yellow polo shirt. I called today and they fixed the issue quickly. I called the Los Angeles store today because I hadn’t been refunded from July 30th for a few returns and barely noticed that today. I called the store and they fixed that issue quickly over the phone and I didn’t have to drive all the way there! To me that is excellent customer service. Both online and in person everyone has been pleasant, friendly and go above and beyond to help.

Sky simply THE BEST, I went to the store today trying to get all new uniform for my son for school next week and I was so lost, She greeted me once I got in the store and made the whole process so easy, her manager Crystal as well made sure I got all what I need and explained the process if I need to change the size or return any item, I will definitely come back in future.
