Elevate has helped save our loved one and our family! They were the light when all was dark for our loved one. From the beginning days they stayed in touch and reassured us that everything would be ok. The staff was always so personable and even became friends, even though All interaction was Via phone! A lot of them know the program by having completed it themselves. Which means they can be that much more compassionate and understanding about the entire process. It was such a perk that they take a holistic approach to getting sober. The fitness program was something that really helped our loved one stay on track and learn new coping mechanisms. They even offered family/couples counseling! Anytime we needed to contact the facility someone was always reachable. The curriculum portion of the program helped our love one really dig deep and find answers to a lot of his questions about himself and his addiction. It was so much more than just a 12 step program. The exit strategies are also very helpful in helping transition back to the real world. They help us all understand we are all a piece of the sobriety puzzle for our loved one. They get a game plan going before the person leaves the facility, even after he’s been home they reach out and check on him. I would recommend this facility to anyone, they truly save lives and do it with such compassion. I can’t ever thank all of You enough for all you have done, you truly changed our entire lives.
