We arrived and waited about 8 to 10 minutes to be seated. While we waited my son went to use the bathroom and after several minutes he came back to me bawling his eyes out. I asked what was wrong. He said the door was broken and he got locked in the bathroom and couldn't get out. A stranger on the outside had to help him get out. We sat down and the door was propped open I am assuming bc there was no air conditioning. It was hot and muggy. There was a fly that would not leave my table alone. I had to frequently waft above my food so I could avoid the terror of a fly landing and crapping on my food. I ordered a vegetarian burrito. The plating could have been more eye appealing. It was sitting alone on the plate and part if the shell was stuck on the plate. My son ordered Mac and cheese and fries. It was box Mac and cheese. Not home made. My friend got the fajita chimichanga. It was very good looking and she said it tasted great! We ordered churros and fried ice cream for dessert. The churros were good. The fried ice cream was litterally rolled in what looked like corn flakes. And drizzled with chocolate syrup.

Really good food, lots of options. I was served very quickly. The margaritas were good and their happy hour deal was great!

Very bad customer service. if there was a 0 i’d give that. food was absolutely unflavored and no mild , hot, or medium sauce in a mexican restaurant for tacos? No personality of a waitress, the service was just disappointing. i don’t recommend anyone coming here unless you want your waitresses kids playing games with the volume on high , kicking the plastic baskets on the ground, and burping. very unprofessional and didn’t feel that welcomed considering my family owns their own restaurant and i never leave bad reviews .

I'm from Florida and this is the most authentic Mexican I've found since we've been up here. The people are friendly. The horchata is soooooo good. I recommend the Pollo loco.

I believe they have applied for a liquor license. As of now, they do not serve alcohol.
