The Safelite in Florence KY provided me with a poor experience on my Tesla Model Y. 1) They let rain water fall onto my dash, into my HVAC vents and onto my computer screen and said "that happens" when asked about it. 2) They left my car dirty with finger prints, hand prints, dirt and other smudges on the paint. 3) They mis-aligned my windshield wipers and when I asked them to fix this, they said there was "nothing they could do and set it to the way it came in" which is obviously false. I was able to fix this myself when I got home to about 90% of what it was when I arrived. I will need Tesla to come out and fix this to 100% 4) They left glass shards all over my dash, and when I returned to ask them to clean it, the office person said they watched my technician "wipe the dash down". They "cleaned" the dash again, however glass remains on my dash. The windshield appears to be installed correctly, at least there was no water intrusion, unlike a return customer when I was in the waiting room. However, they need to be more professional, protect the interior better, clean up the glass shards and just do a better job returning the car to the way it was when it arrived.

During my visit there, all associates were working in the bays, no one sits at the desk & mans the phones. You can make appointments online tho.
