I would give them a zero on customer service. I called today regarding information about Botox. I spoke to a woman named Danielle and she was rude AF! I would never recommend anyone to this establishment especially with rude customer service.

I came here in June with the intent to have tear trough filler done. I was told by Katie that I was not a candidate because of the bags under my eyes which surprised me because I felt I had a more sunken in.look or hollow. She suggested a blepheroplasty. N suggested for now just get cheek filler. So I took her advice. This only made my eyes look more sunken in. Finally after feeling frustrated n down I went to Dr 95350 in Modesto. Dr Morris looked at me n said no, no bags. You can get tear trough filler n performed the procedure. The staff at PSC is really nice, hence the 2 stars but if you want to go somewhere where there are qualified experienced Drs, go to Dr. 95350. I wasted 800.00 at PSC

The most horrific experience of my life. Dr Kludt may come across with a good bedside initially; all of the work I paid for there was in vain costing me 4 x’s that to fix. My breast reduction and lift surgery performed resulted in the worst year of my life. From the time bandages were removed it went badly straight away leaving breast sizes 3 inches lower than the other; completely lopsided. The shape of both are not rounded, rather square with pointy skin flap on one side buldging out and rounded flap on the other side. The ariola is 4 times different on both sides and he didn't try to fix it. I had to visit a wound center for months afterwards. Had to go to several surgeons for their opinion; UCSF and multiple other Dr’s. I also paid for liposuction of tummy, flanks, back by Dr Kludt but was told afterwards by other Dr’s I should have had a tummy tuck due to muscle separation of the stomach; this was not mentioned by Dr Kludt as needed or an option. If that would have been recommended by Dr, I would have gone that route from the beginning. I lost close to $20k ($4) of which was cool sculpting a totally separate gimmick. When my sister went in for quote, she was informed it is for people who have little to no fat with trouble areas. I was told; otherwise, I wouldn't have done it in the first placed if that was the case. A surgeon should be proud of their work or strive to fix what they have done wrong further he is not trustworthy. He said he would reimburse me in front of 5 witnesses and never did. Further I would not wish upon anyone to experience what I have experienced. The best Dr advised it would be $72,000 to fix my original $16k surgery.
