This was my third visit, and they gradually got worse with each one. I was 7 minutes late due to a true family emergency, I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes because Jenna took someone else, because of the step she was in with said client, I would have been waiting anyway. So I opted for another tech that was available. They were pushing Dip powder and because I kept receiving glances meant to make me feel uncomfortable by Jenna & others, I just wanted to get my nails done due to time restraints, albeit finding such behavior quite childlike. We are all adults, not teens and catty behavior as such speaks volumes on how the business runs. The tech did not understand almond shape, I got oval-like shape with some squared, jagged edges, which I had to fix myself and they look quite fake. They were pushing Dip powder with everyone and barely cleaning the foot basins used for pedicures. I also noticed they use toolboxes with files used over and over again on clients feet as well, with COVID and other viral/bacterial diseases and sicknesses going around, this bothers me!! Their goal is not with the client's health safety, it is how they can get more clients in to make more money. The salon is not very clean either, there are cords and wires all over, embedded dirt and grime on walls and floors. I will not be going back and will be vocal about my experiences there. Irondequoit does have better salons!
