They usually turn my clothes around in a few days. I get notifications by email and text. Drive thru drop off and pick up. Approach to store is a little wonky. Not their fault.

The service levels have gone way down hill. I've taken only two laundry & dry cleaning orders to this location in the last 6 months, both using an express bag. In the first order, they did not return a pair of dress slacks when I picked up and had the nerve to send me an e-mail months later 'reminding' me that I had -left- clothing there. This weekend I dropped off 3 shirts and 1 pair of slacks. When I tried to pick them up this afternoon, I was told that they 'split my order' so one of the shirts would not be ready until after 5 (i.e., I would need to make a second trip). Keep in mind that a single laundered shirt costs $3.49 and no attempt was made to make the situation right. It's just not worth it anymore.

This has been coming for a long time so here it goes. 1. Unbelievably Expensive. I lived in the Chicago area for 12 years and it was a 1/4 to 1/2 the cost. This even with so called “coupons.” 2. They continuously do not follow instructions and even in some cases repeat the same mistake on the same order. 3. Have rude people that could care less whether you are a satisfied customer. Can’t do it anymore.

Loved the service. The staff was amazing. It usually takes 24 hours to turn on your clothes but due to laundry broke they quoted me 2 days. Surprising they called me in less than 24 hours and said the clothes are ready.
