First time apartment owner, and I can say my experience with Turnberry has been amazing. Great office staff and maintenance team. Residences all around me have been quiet and respectable. Only wish there was more space for parking.

The units are updated and beautiful. They have spacious 1 and 2 bedroom units with a cozy fireplace and a beautiful wooded view from a private balcony. The grounds are quiet and well kept. Neighbors seem friendly. Sarah in the leasing office is wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and accommodating. She immediately set up a time for a tour and took down all of my contact information and made notes on what I was looking for. She was quick to respond to all of my emails and addressed any questions I had. If you’re looking for an apartment, definitely check them out.

Charge too much for outdated appliances. $1360 a month for a fridge made in 1990. Not to mention rude staff and neighbors. Drunk neighbor hit our car parked in our assigned spot and apartment refused to do anything even when police were involved. You will constantly hear sirens due to police and ambulances CONSTANTLY in and out of complex usually late night.
