If i could give the food and retail store 2 different stars I would. Food side was a 5 star. Retail side was 2. Waitress was great her name was Lucy. Our food was great also. As we was walking out to pay I spotted a bag on the shelf. I looked around the store for it went back to ask a Waitress if they was in the store, Billy said I don't know but you can have it. I was also carrying out my leftover in my arms. I put my food in the bag went and grabbed a light off the shelf got to the register to pay for my food and light. The older lady standing around whispered something to the cashier, as I put everything up to pay, the cashier said you already pay for that bag, I said Billy said I could have it. The lady standing around walked up and said What he don't work retail. We do sell them and he cant give you the bag it will mess up our inventory. Well he should have said he don't work retail, he had on regular button up shirt like he was a manager. I ended up paying for my bag so there was no scene with the elderly woman who thought I was stealing after buy $75 worth of food and a $35 light. Like I'm gonna steal a $2 bag. SMH!!! Next time I will not shop in their retail store!!!!

Went here on mother's day after church. Very busy but no wait to sit down. The workers are amazing!! They go out of their way to help in any way possible! The food was really fresh and the biscuits were perfect!! Thank you so much for being our favorite Cracker Barrel!!

Food was very good as usual at any Cracker Barrel. Young server was a ‘Rising Star’ newby but did well; very courteous and efficient. Kitchen was a little slower than desired but staffing is hard to find and train these days. Love this location, very convenient, and eat here often.

Food was good. Waitress was very nice. Here's the reason for the one star. When I received my drink, I didn't realize in the beginning that the glass was dirty until after I drank about a quarter of it. Dirty meaning there was something hard and crusted up on the inside. I showed the waitress and she was very apologetic. Apparently the manager was too busy to speak with me about it but the waitress said she did show the manager. I voiced my concern especially since I could not identify what was in that glass and neither could the waitress. All she told me was the manager was going to comp the drink. That didn't happen but CB employee's should use more caution and verify their dish wear is clean especially ever since they were recently sued for 9.7 million dollars for giving a patron a glass full of chemical instead of water. You'd think they would have better safety precautions in place since that incident. No telling what that was in my glass and coincidentally I did get sick later that night but not sure if this had anything to do with it. Sadly, we will not be dining at any CB's in the future. Not worth risking our health.

I've eaten catfish literally from Missouri to Louisiana to Florida and Tennessee. The best catfish I must admit was at the Farragut Cracker Barrel.
It was as safe as any other public place, most had masks and practiced social distancing, all waiters/waitresses had on masks. Only one customer was without a mask while dining.
You will need to call them
Yes you can. I think most will even let you hook up
