Great atmosphere! We went during a busy time and were nervous about whether they’d have a table but the hostess was very friendly and accommodating. She ended up being able to seat us right away and was so sweet. I had the brunch burger and their Bloody Mary, both were amazing and the place was so cute! First time visiting but won’t be our last!

We were visiting from Washington state and stopped in to Simpl for dinner after a day at Dollywood. Such incredible service and the food was delicious! The Shrimp and grits was some of the best I've ever had and the fries were so good we ordered a side at the end of our meal and ate all of them even though we were full. Highly recommend!

The cocktails are perfectly balanced, the vibe is chill af, and the menu is curated masterfully by Chef Kendale . Simpl is a star of the South Knox Waterfront District, so much that it signals a breadth of diversity and flavor coming to the community. Everything I have ever had here has been superb.

This is our absolute favorite place to eat in Knoxville! We love all of the menu staples as well as the seasonal dishes. Everything is incredibly well crafted and a true pleasure for all senses. I think the chefs and the sommelier are absolute geniuses. Thanks for bringing such great food to east TN!
