Both the dispatcher and the officer I spoke with on the non-emergency line were incredibly helpful. They were empathetic and professional, providing assistance far above and beyond what I had even hoped for.

I dont ever remember giving them 4 stars had to.bring that down for all cops not bad and we need them but.... After what they did to my son. Saying he under investigation for a case that never was on going. Me as a mom like what talking bout. He just came outside. My son is anti social. He dont got but 2 friends. They finally get him to play basketball n he in handcuffs. They dont come get or call me. They d idnt read him his rights and tried to talk to a 16 year old without the parent. Luckily he know some rights. I couldn't believe it. I guess they thought I was an uncaring parent being of color.WRONG. the person even said it wasnt my son. So why was we even still in holding then at a court house til 2am. Like that cop wouldnt let up. It hurt that they was trying to ruin my son with a felony but for what. The boy it happened to cleared my child. Even the parole/probation lady laughed and threw it out said she had complaints on them and when court came the judge seen his school records high honors no criminal record and seen the boy there and said it wasnt my kid. Thank God for upstanding kids. So grateful for that boy being honest. Cause them cops its really that one was trying to ruin my kids life.

Kyle there is someone from YouTube that was sent here to give negative reviews. Every time my house was robbed or vandalized the police department came and reassured my family that they'd be safe. Went far a beyond to find those responsible and got my property back safe. Response time for calls are typically slow so that could be fixed, but I understand a lot of the time WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH OFFICERS around and for that I remain calm and patient. I would recommend that those people who REALLY THINK SPD Are the enemy to remember any one of our men and women in blue would gladly risk it all to save anyone they protect us so we can sleep and enjoy our lives. Officer Black from ITC Is a real god send she cares about the public and loves to teach people about SPD so as far as I am concerned they are amaing
