Taking my business elsewhere. Not only did they double my rent over the past year, they placed a second combination lock (my lock is the one in my hand) on my unit without telling me and customer service can’t find the combination. Now my belongings are held hostage until a supervisor can come open it this week if I am lucky.

Our stuff was stolen with a security camera in a gated area. Could of been an inside job but I guess they'll be innocent until proven guilty! We are very sorry to hear that you experienced a break-in.
