I don’t even know where to start We got told my mom didn’t have have Covid so we go in the room then 30 minutes later another doctor comes in and says she does have Covid. When we got to the emergency room we hade to wait an hour just to be told if she is alive or not. When she was took to the cath lab we were waiting to here something for 2 hours just to find out she was back in her room and it only took 30 minutes. The doctors were so rude to my mom and to my nanna when she was trying to ask them for something to cool my mom off with because she was burning up. I was sitting out side her room then was told I hade to go back to the waiting room because she was about to be moved but it took them and hour to do that. I wish I was able to leave to leave a negative 5 stars.

My experience at the hospital was the worst of any hospital stay I've had. I was in a bad car accident and was brought here by helicopter. The ER staff initially were attentive and determined I had broken ribs and fractures in my spine. They then left me alone lying flat in my back with no access to a call button and provided no information. I had to yell for 5 minutes to get a response. When the medical provider responded, I was told "you don't need anything as you should be happy that you're alive. Most of the people who have been in this room do not survive." Thankfully, after another couple of hours I was transferred to a room and spent less than 70 hours total in this facility. Some of the nursing staff I encountered on the floor were pleasant. I had multiple CT scans and X-rays, met multiple times with the trauma surgeon and met the neurosurgeon once. I was then somewhat fitted with a body brace for the fracture that I was told was in the thoracic part of my spine. I was released from the hospital late in the evening and was told to follow up with my primary care physician in Florida. Luckily, I had an appointment with one of my doctors shortly after I returned home who scheduled an MRI stat. The day after the MRI, my doctor called me telling me to go to the ER immediately as I had a broken neck. Fortunately, I met the most amazing neurosurgeon there who spent over 10 hours rebuilding my neck. I was told that due to being released from Deaconess with a broken neck, I could have ended up paralyzed or dead during the car ride home from Indiana to Florida. I had worked in hospitals in Kansas for 25 years previously and can not imagine such awful patient care. I sincerely hope this facility focuses more on improving rather than profits.

Went to the ER I drove myself there. So I knew everything that happened. And what I received while I was there. But I got charged for a tentus shot. That was supposed to been given to me. And I did not receive. But because the nurse said she gave it to me. They put it on my bill. And my insurance paid for it. And now I can't get another paid for. I have to pay out of pocket for something I need to get. Because I didn't get it. I don't like liars... glad it wasn't something life threatening.

I am currently admitted to this hospital with a bone infection and covid and every time I press the call light or ask for anything period, I am treated as if I am an annoyance/inconvenience. When confronting supervisors/managers about such behavior, they just excuse their staff and dismiss you. Update: Because I contacted the charge nurse, my nurse came in and started slamming things and then scolded me for contacting the charge nurse. When I contacted patient advocate, she went to staff first who lied to her and then I was confronted again saying I was being rude to staff. Second update: The doctors are 4.7 stars, but 75% of the staff is either rude, negligent, and/or lazy. Conclusion: The hospital is capable of saving your life, but not your dignity, and the patient is always wrong if they complain.

How safe is the homemade facemask.I don't feel comfortable doing that I am not the one to be posting something that is not safe. The CDC telling the health care providers to wear a bandana when they are in a pinch and that's not safe. Sorry I can't do that good luck with your project.

I've looked everywhere. I'd say you'd have to call and ask the information.
No, you'll need to reschedule
Consult with your doctor
Apply online or ask an employee at the welcome desk inside the main entrance of the hospital to direct you to one of their on site application stations.
You should speak to your doctor about this.
